what a headache Sep 09, 2009 I ordered these rawhide chews in bulk for convenience. That turned out to be a big mistake. I paid 50+ dollars for a package of 12 packs of four rawhide chews each. Imagine my dismay when I received a single pack of four rawhide chews. I immediately contacted Nutricity, and was told taht the ad placed misrepresented the product and that it had been a mistake. I asked them to honor the ad and send me the additional 11 packs of rawhides. They refused. I asked them to refund my money. They insisted that in order to get a refund, I had to get a return authorization and actually pack up and return the 4.00 singel package of rawhide chews I had received. I explained to them that in a gesture of good faith perhaps they could refund my money and let me keep the single pack for my inconvenience. Again, they refused and finally after many protesting emails agreed to send me a return prepaid shipping label.
When the shipping label arrived it was the wrong size to be pringted, and I had to essentially photoshop it down to size so it would fit on a single page. Then I took the package to fedex as instructed, and the people at the fedex counter almost didn't accept it because they said a shipping label that was oversized like that was commonly associated with MAIL FRAUD!! I hope to get the refund, but at this point would almost pay 50$ to be finished with the whole mess.
